The Lucid Air is one of the most impressive EVs around, but its price tag puts it out of reach for the vast majority of buyers. Many hoped for a more affordable approach with the Gravity SUV, which recently hit the streets, though the first model to hit the internet auction blocks isn’t all that cheap. A 2026 Lucid Gravity Dream Edition auction is nearing completion on Cars & Bids, and with less than 24 hours of bidding remaining, the current bid price is anything but affordable.

The auction currently sits at $115,000, a significant discount from its original $140,000-plus MSRP but still quite a pretty penny. It sports delivery miles, showing just 200 miles on the odometer, and it’s up for sale with a clean title in Kentucky. It comes with the Comfort and Convenience, Dynamic Handling, Technology, and Tahoe Nappa Leather packages, as well as a 22-speaker Surreal Sound Pro stereo.
While the bidding currently sits below the Lucid’s MSRP, things tend to heat up in the final hours of car auctions, so the SUV’s final hammer price could exceed its list price. Some commenters on the auction page also noted that it’s possible to buy a new Gravity direct from Lucid for much less, though the only variant currently on sale is the Grand Touring, which is cheaper and has fewer features than the launch-only Dream Edition model.
The Dream Edition offers seven seats with a second-row bench instead of captain’s chairs, leading some commenters to bemoan the lack of a more luxurious six-seat option. This SUV’s options list should help overcome some of that hesitance, however, as it comes with Nappa leather, massaging seats, seatback tray tables, and more.
Despite the price, the Gravity delivers much of the excitement that the Air did. It offers 1,070 horsepower and 909 pound-feet of torque, giving it staggering acceleration, and the Dream Edition has an EPA-estimated 378 miles of range, making it one of the longest-traveling EVs around.
